Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders typically ship via UPS or USPS within one to two business days from the time the order is placed (business days are Monday-Friday 9 AM - 5 PM PST and exclude Saturday, Sunday and major holidays). There can be additional turn around time for orders placed during the busy holiday season. We offer Fedex Ground shipping and all orders ship from our warehouse in Chatsworth, California.

 

RETURN POLICY

At this time, because of Covid-19 we are unable to accept any returns. We are sorry for this inconvenience but we are putting the safety of our team and our customers first.

When things get back to normal, we will lift our return-policy restrictions and adhere to the following return policy:  

We hope you love your Green Garmento purchase. But if for some reason you don’t, please don’t worry, your secret is safe with us – as is your peace of mind.

We will happily take back all unused new or unused defective inventory within 10 days of purchase and either issue an exchange, refund or store credit, whichever you prefer.

Please email help@thegreengarmento.com or call 323.512.2600 with your order number and reason for return and we’ll get this party started right. Or at least the return process.

We simply ask that you pay for return postage.
